The Classical Mat

Why do we do those exercises in a specific order and how do I memorize that order? In this workshop, tips and tricks are given in order to be more successful with your own workout.

This workshop is suitable for teachers, students and clients who would like to deepen their practice and gain a better understanding about Joseph Pilates’ original work.

The Classical Reformer

Like the mat, also the Reformer is classically done in a specific order. You will learn why there is this order and how to make it easier to memorize it.This workshop is suitable for teachers, students and clients who would like to deepen their practice and gain a better understanding about Joseph Pilates’ original work.

Pilates For Feet

Our feet are the base of our body, carrying us through life and yet are neglected a lot. Explore the Anatomy and Function of the feet and how the Pilates system can help to improve foot alignment. Find out about the relation between healthy feet, over all body alignment and well-being.

This workshop is for everybody – clients, students, teachers – who are interested in giving their feet a treat.

The shoulder girdle and Pilates – for teachers

The shoulder girdle is by all means one of the areas our clients are troubled by a lot. In this workshop we’ll refresh your knowledge about Anatomy and function of the shoulder girdle. The workshop will be rounded up by discussing how to pick the right exercises to improve shoulder girdle alignment, stability and mobility.

Square Off

Pilates is the perfect tool to beat muscular imbalances. The purpose of this workshop is to define muscular imbalances, being able to detect misalignment and to learn strategies to square off your clients’ bodies.

The Cadillac – for teachers

Review the Cadillac exercises, learn tricks on how to even work through those exercises that are challenging you and learn the lesser known Cadillac exercises, too. In addition we’ll talk about the purpose and proper use of these exercises to experience the whole benefits of this great apparatus.

The Cadillac – for clients

Are you ready to become more independent in your Pilates workout? Then you will benefit from this workshop! Explore why Independence will help your body to feel even better.

Learn more about Joseph Pilates’ method of Contrology in general and the Cadillac in particular. We’ll talk about why not every exercise is for every body and which ones are right for you.

At the end of this day, you’ll be more confident with set up and execution of the Cadillac exercises, leaving you ready for your next independent workout.

Wonderful Wundachair – for teachers

Review and explore the classical Wundachair exercises. In this workshop we’ll discuss the purpose and proper execution of the most common exercises on this apparatus.

This workshop can also be taught in a full day workshop to have time to learn also the lesser known exercises and to discuss Modifications and Variations.

How to design a Wonderful Wundachair Home workout- for advanced clients

The Wundachair was designed by Joseph Pilates in order to be able to offer his clients a “home gym” that wouldn’t take much room.

If you are ready for your own Wundachair or already own one but you are unsure on how to use it- then this workshop is for you! The Wundachair is for sure one of the more challenging apparatus we have in the studio, but also the one that offers the most fun. Learn which exercises are right for you, gain confidence with spring set up and how to put the exercises in an order.

How to get more out of your lesson – warm up and cool down on your own

Find out how you can improve your Pilates lesson. This workshop will teach you how to use the Pilates equipment prior or after your workout in order to enhance your Pilates experience. Learn how to prepare your body for your lesson and how to give it the correct cool down. In this workshop we are using several of the bigger apparatus and also the lesser known smaller tools, including the towel, toe corrector, Foot corrector and Breath-a-cizer.

This workshop is for everybody – clients, students, teachers – who are looking to advance their Pilates practice!
